These terms govern your use of Pedalmapper (pedalmapper.com), operated by Millionhari LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content

You own the boards, comments, audio, photos and other content you post. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it on Pedalmapper as needed to run the service (for example, showing your public builds to other visitors). You can delete your content at any time.

Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit, or spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Catalog data and prices

Pedal dimensions, specs, images and prices are provided for planning purposes and may contain errors. Prices and availability come from retailers and can change at any time; the retailer's site is always authoritative. Measure your gear before cutting, drilling or buying. Product names and images belong to their respective owners.

Retailer links

Purchases you make through links on Pedalmapper are between you and the retailer. We may earn a commission on them — see our affiliate disclosure.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Pedalmapperis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millionhari LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
